    "Money cannot buy you happiness",
have never paid an adoption fee.

    Our Goal
Many of the babies that arrive into our care are not house trained nor leash trained. Our main goal when they arrive is to let them know that they are loved and safe. We first address their veterinarian needs and then we meet their emotional needs. We spend endless hours holding them close to us, teaching them what belly rubs and kisses are all about, letting them know that each is very special to us. They are never scolded for having potty accidents in the house, this is the least of our concerns. When we know that they feel safe we then begin to gently work on house breaking and leash training issues. Many of our babies leave our care not fully house and leash trained, but they leave us packed full of love and trust and that is Our Goal!

    Pupster Sponsorships
We all know that there are different areas that we can help within rescues. Some individuals open their homes to the dogs for fostering, others aid in transports, vet visits and grooming appointments. We realize that many of our lives become very busy and there is just not enough time in the day.
A wonderful way for those of you that maintain a lifestyle that prohibits you from physically helping these sweet kids is through sponsorship.
Your name and location will be noted under the pupster you have chosen to sponsor. You will be kept updated on a monthly basis as to how your “Favorite Baby” is progressing.

    Sponsorship Auto Monthly
If you would like to sponsor one of our precious fosters, and would like to have your monthly sponsorship automatically paid via Paypal, please click on the Paypal button below. Many of our Sponsor Parents prefer this option.
If you prefer to pay on a month to month basis please click on the "Sponsor Me" button within each pupster's bio.

Sponsoring one of our pupsters is very fulfilling for you will be able to follow their progress as they heal emotionally and physically, grow to trust and find their Special Home that they so deserve.

I am an absolutely adorable liver Shih Tzu boy. I weigh 8 lbs and was born on July 10, 2022. I was turned over to rescue by my breeder because I have blue recessive genes which cause a thin coat.
I am just the sweetest little boy, but am very independent. I will cuddle a bit with Mom or Dad, but then want down for I have things to do and pupsters to see you know. I get along with all of the other pupsters and love to romp and play. I am very, very busy so will need lots of exercise and pupster activities. I would love a home with another playmate close to my age. A home where Mom/Dad could be home with me 24/7 would be great. A fenced in yard is a must. I prefer a home with no children.
To maintain my excellent health, my diet is extremely important. Foster Mom wanted to feed us the very best diet available, so Peke A Tzu Rescue became a distributor for Oma's Pride Raw Food products. I am enjoying a yummy turkey & veggie mix raw diet now. Mom alternates between turkey, beef and chicken raw diets. Please read about my special diet. Mom adds the following supplements: digestive enzymes, probiotics, kelp, DMG and salmon oil for a healthy balanced meal. I hope that my forever Mom/Dad will love me enough to keep me on a raw diet.
I am working on house training and leash training and do well during grooming.
I am neutered, current on vaccinations, on a monthly heartworm prevention and on a natural flea protection. Total vet costs can be seen at Foster Vetting Costs.
I am thrilled to be cuddling with the senior and special needs pupsters. All of my vetting expenses have been met and I feel so good because of my youth to be able to help some of the needy pupsters who may not find a home with the balance of my adoption fee
    My adoption fee is $800.

I am a handsome black and white, 9 year old, 15 pound Pekingese boy. I was born on November 7, 2013. My Mom had to go into assisted living and could not take me with her.
I am a very sweet, lovable little boy that asks nothing more than a soft lap to lay in, belly rubs and lots of kisses. I do well with all of the other pupsters and love the soft cushy beds and all of the toys. I enjoy riding in the car and do very well on leash. I am a happy, healthy little boy. I would love a home with no small children and a fenced in area where I can romp and play.

I am a very cute gold and black Yorkshire Terrier girl. I weigh 7 lbs and was born on August 28, 2017. I am a retired breeder.
I am a very energetic little girl...always on the go. I keep all of the other pupsters on their toes let me tell you. I am very loving and sweet. I so enjoy being held and cover Mom and Dad's faces with my sweet kisses. I get along great with the pupsters and love to romp and play. It does take me time to get to know you and I will sometimes nip out of fear. Also, I am very protective of my home and when a visitor enters I should be either held or placed in another room for I will bite. A home where Mom/Dad could be home with me 24/7 would be great and a fenced in yard to romp and play in is a must. I prefer a home with no children.
