We thought all of you out there would like to see what happens here in our home so we decided we would pop in on occasion and let you know what we are doing. Some days it is just the same old routine, but other times we have a lot of excitement. We hope you enjoy hearing about our activities and seeing a few pictures. The majority of the time you will see us happy, healthy and well groomed, but there is a significant cost involved to get each of us to this point which can be viewed at Foster Vetting Costs.

HEY EVERYONE!!!! WELCOME TO AUGUST….excuse Kori here for yelling, but sometimes I think others have a hearing issue. For example, Jake is a prime example. He is currently chewing on my foot. No matter how I approach him on the subject he ignores me. You know I just had a pedicure so I know it is not my nails, I just finished up with a wonderful bubble bath…..I love lilac scents you know. Wait, maybe that’s the problem. Do you think guys are really drawn to flower scents?

Remember Willow and her tongue? Well, Nadine has been practicing and practicing, but I just cannot get this tongue thing right. I have no idea how she was able to stretch that tongue out so far. I know some have broached the subject before, but is there anyone out there that knows of a tongue surgeon. You know they have face lifts etc so there has got to be someone that can do a tongue lengthening procedure.

Oh boy, another wrestling match! Everybody has their bets in and we are ready to roll. Shilo is keeping an eye out for Mom and Dad until the match is completed. Vibrant Vance and Juniper Jasper are our wrestlers for this match. Vibrant Vance is down for the count….one….two….three….four. Oh oh, looks like the winner is Juniper Jasper! Geez, who would have thought because he was definitely not favored. Oh well, guess we’d best start giving up our treats to the winning pupsters!

Mom, please don’t tell the rest of the guys Gage is doing this because they will make fun of me. I just can’t help it. I am just a baby you know and your finger surely is much better than those pacifiers I see hanging out of baby’s mouths. I know I can kick this dependency eventually, but for right now Mom, thank you for understanding my needs and being here for me.

Tango here pleading for help from all of you out there! Whose idea was it to invite Tootie into our realm? He doesn’t look like a Shih Tzu to me and geez, is he ever a pain. Here I am just trying to take my morning nap in the cubicle and he thinks it is a bunk bed. Mom or Dad need to have a real long talk with him and explain that this is really rude behavior. Either that or we need to reinforce the cubicle roof!
August 6, 2008
Mom, I would like to talk to you about the toy situation. Now, when I am playing I treat every toy with respect. There are other pupsters that have an obsession with destroying these dear little toys. I have tried to talk to them about this, but they just say “Sydney, the toys aren’t real so they have no feeling.” Well, I believe that everything that surrounds me has feeling and should be treated with love. I told all of the pupsters I would be glad to hold a class on “Loving All That Surrounds You”. What do you think?
August 7, 2008
Vance, I am not going to take part in any type of Pupster Conspiracy. Even though you do not agree with what Barney has been doing you need to sit down with him and discuss the issues and come to an agreement. It may surprise you when you get all of the information from Barney why he has made some of the decisions he has made. Mom and Dad have taught us to be open, to love all who surround us and to respect others. Temple here for one has taken their advice to heart and I think you should too.

So, what do all of you think about my smile? I have been practicing and practicing. You see I kind of got in trouble earlier today….tried to nip one of my Aunties on the ankle. So I know that Mom is eventually going to sit down and have a really serious talk with me. I thought if I looked up at her soulfully, and bestowed my sweet smile on her I might avoid a serious time out. Hope she never catches on to Shilo here being the lookout for the wrestling matches though. I would be in double trouble then!

Today our sweet Juliana met her Forever Mom and Dad and began a wonderful chapter in her life and we know there will be more chapters to come with a book loaded with happy and loving tales. We pupsters are surely going to miss our Juliana. She was always here for us, so kind and gentle. She has a wonderful new sister to share her life with and her Mom and Dad fell instantly in love with her as they held her close. We love you Juliana!! Don’t forget us for we will never forget you.
August 10, 2008
Hey, bet you don’t know who I am? Well, you will once Mom and Dad feel they know me inside and out. It’s called pupster evaluation I think. Anyway, I wanted to add a bit of input to the tongue and teeth competitions. Mom says she thinks I am double jointed, whatever that means. She told me I would probably be a huge success in a limbo contest. I think we should add some variety and see what pupsters are capable of doing splits!
August 11, 2008
Mom, Jackson and Bishop here need to have a serious conversation with you. Today was Julian and Macy’s turn to take care of poop patrol. Well, they must have gone AWOL for things have not been pleasant. We had to finally block the ramp into the play area to prevent those that have a tendency to be attracted to poop until you could come to the rescue with your pooper scooper. We need to buy some stock in breath mints!
August 12, 2008
I see absolutely no humor in this at all. OK, so maybe I did create this predicament myself, but there is no reason why all of you pupsters should be laughing hysterically. Enough is enough…Pixie here has been jumping up and down for long enough trying to escape. Geez, Mom is even comparing me to a “Jack in the Box”. Well, there is no wind up handle here nor a pop up lid. Just get me out of here now!
August 13, 2008
Well, after our emotional testimonial about saying goodbye to Juliana, it didn’t take her long to let us know that she is spoiled beyond belief…this is pupster disgusting! She has her own personal canopy bed with pink ruffles and all. The other pupster girls here are so jealous. Now we pupster guys would be for it if the color was blue. Well, guess we are going to have to talk to Mom and Dad about this. We have brass beds, but they need to convert them into something, shall we say, a bit more creative?
August 14, 2008
Shhhh, don’t tell Mom I am here. I thought I would spend a bit of time helping ”water” the flowers. Sydney told me it was the thing to do and I always listen to what my elders tell me. My understanding is if you water and fertilize your plants diligently they will thrive. Now, Telly here has never had the chance to get much into gardening, but I think this may be something to pursue. Can you imagine a “Pupster Greenhouse” with natural pupster fertilization? I’ll bet we could grow the healthiest and biggest plants anyone has ever seen!
August 15, 2008
It has been a very difficult past few days for all of us pupsters and Mom and Dad. Our sweet Macho has left us and journeyed on to the Rainbow Bridge. He was on death row in a shelter and we managed to help him just in the knick of time. Macho was the gentlest, most loving pupster we have ever met and the few years we had with him were very, very precious. He only asked all around him to love him for whom he was. That was not very hard to do. We miss him so much!
August 16, 2008
Is there anyone out there that has ever tried to sleep with all four legs in the air? Oh wait a minute, that would be two legs and two arms for all of our friends that are reading this. Anyway, our Mitch always sleeps like this and we cannot figure out how he can possibly be comfortable. We have tried to simulate his sleep position to no avail. The minute we start to relax our legs fall down. He must have some kind of lock mechanism built in!
August 17, 2008
Oh, please, please Mom, Daishi and Ming are begging you. Can’t we please take in a movie just by ourselves without you or Dad chaperoning us? We promise we will behave. Yeh, we know we aren’t of age yet, but you know we are very mature for our age. We promise we will just munch on the popcorn, enjoy a bit of candy, sip a coke through the same straw and not even hold paws. We will even watch the movie from beginning to end and give you the details so you know our intentions are pure.
August 18, 2008
For those of you that have visited us frequently you know there is this cubicle next to Mom’s desk. Well, we are really getting tired of “who” constantly fills the space. Julian seems to think that this is his own personal domain. Look at him, does he not look totally secure? Well, we pupsters got together and he is going to have a surprise in store for him. Because we know Mom will not agree with our pupster tactics we will wait until she is busy elsewhere and then we plan on a sneak attack to remove “his highness” from his throne.
August 19, 2008
Oh for pupsters sake! This is out of control. Mom, you need to talk to Calla. You know those hot spots you thought Butler here had? Well, let me tell you a story. They are not hot spots. They are created from Calla’s amorous advances towards me if you know what I mean. Now, not saying that I may have brought a bit of this on myself for I was attracted to Calla for awhile, but you know I like to play the field. I have explained that to her, but she just will not listen!
August 20, 2008
Whenever Mom goes out to do a bit of gardening one of us pupsters accompanies her. We pupsters actually set up a schedule so that we would know whose turn it was. You know Mom can be a bit forgetful sometimes…don’t tell her we told you that though. Anyway, Fantasia was the pupster garden queen of the day. She surely enjoyed herself, helped Mom pull a few weeds, but basically just soaked in the sunshine and the smell of all of the flowers.
August 21, 2008
Today was a rough, rough day. Our Auntie Jamie is California bound! We know she is headed toward a wonderful life, but oh, how we are going to miss her. As she made her rounds and said goodbye to each one of us we all had tears rolling down our cheeks and so did she. Mom and Dad held it together pretty good…we were proud of them. We all know in our hearts that all will be well for our Jamie for we love her so much. We know she will be calling and emailing us, but we are surely going to miss her warm hugs and soft kisses.
August 22, 2008
All of us girl pupsters told Allie not to do this, but she absolutely insisted. She said it was about time for us to stand up to the boy pupsters and give them the same thing they give us. We girls are just plain tired of them showing their all together so guys take a look at this! Now, maybe you will think twice about displaying yourselves inappropriately in front of us girls.
August 23, 2008
Mom and I have been canning. Did you know these funny red things called tomatoes turn into yummy salsa? Calla here helped Mom cook the tomatoes and add the seasoning. Of course I was going a little overboard with some of the hotter ingredients because I know Dad loves “hot”. So, I don’t think us pupsters will be doing a lot of taste testing with this batch of salsa. Mom mentioned something about going to the bathroom a lot when you eat a lot of hot…..hee, hee….I did a rhyme!
August 24, 2008
This really nice lady makes these blankets for us and we got a brand new box today. We did have a few disagreements over who got what, but Lizzy jumped right in and let us know she would be the one to pick and choose who got what. She said that would eliminate a lot of disagreements. She was so silly, we had to cover our eyes with our paws and she then handed us a blanket. Actually it worked out pretty well…we all are very happy with her choices.
August 25, 2008
Whoa! Something is not going quite right with this wrestling match. Hey, everyone just hang on to those bets for Mom will probably be entering the scene shortly. Vance is being very verbal with Konrad which is not good sportsmanlike conduct. Girls cover your ears for his language is not the best right now. Have no fear we pupster boys will get this match under control shortly.
August 26, 2008
I would like all of your opinions please. The pupsters keep accusing me of being “stuck up” and Lily here totally disagrees with them. Now does my face look like it is anything but sincere and open? And I know you can all see the halo shining brightly over my head, right? I have no idea why all are viewing me in this light for I am a sharing, loving little girl with the other pupsters….anyway I try to be on occasion!
August 27, 2008
Phew, what a day this has been. I hired on to help Mom with her computer and paperwork. The pay is really good….six treats a day plus a bonus of one if I get all of my assigned jobs completed within an 8 hour period. Pepsi will have to admit that becoming part of the working community has been quite the experience though. I think lunch should last at least 5 hours and morning and afternoon breaks should be 1 hour each. I think I would be much more productive working just one hour a day…I won’t be so tired!
August 28, 2008
OK, let’s discuss this issue very quietly just between the three of us. Hopefully Mom won’t catch us because she insists whispering in front of others is very impolite. Mitch here will go first, Temple I think you should be the one to go second and Pappy you follow him. If we have planned our strategy correctly we will be successful infiltrating the snack drawer, emptying its’ contents and transferring all snacks to our pupster warehouse.
August 29, 2008
Nope, I don’t think there are any crumbs left on any of these dishes. Now, Champagne would like to know why Mom cleans all of the dishes before they go in the dish washer. Isn’t that what the dish washer is for is to wash the dishes? Someone needs to explain to her that having a dish washer is a waste of money if the appliance is not allowed to do its’ job. In addition, this surely ruins my fun!
August 30, 2008
Mom, I do not have a smirk on my face! I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. No, it was not Haley here that created the disagreement a few minutes ago. I would never intentionally tell any of the other pupsters what to do, push them off their bed, steal their toy or give them a butt slap. It surely had to be someone else. Why don’t you check with Noodles? You know he can really have an attitude sometimes.
August 31, 2008
We pupsters share our beds, our toys, our treats and most of all our love with each other and those around us. Pixie and Tootie are living proof of our sharing “pupster philosophy”. Our days are filled with happiness for we enjoy being with each other. We hope that all of you out here are as blessed as we are. When you start your day make sure that it will be a day filled with sharing love with all of those around you. It will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
